4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as described in your service agreement or on our pricing pages. Package payments are processed securely through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, project fees are due as outlined in your agreement. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or work already completed.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you retain ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your business (such as your website and video content), subject to any third-party licenses for stock media, fonts, or plugins. NuWav Creative Co retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, and tools used in creating your deliverables.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality marketing services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as leads, sales, or revenue. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your sales process, and your product or service offering.

7. Limitation of Liability

NuWav Creative Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in your service agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered may be refunded at our discretion.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
